Refund Policy

Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. Refunds on unearned advance portions are available within 7 days under the conditions below.

1. Completed Milestone Payments

Payments made against a completed and delivered milestone are non-refundable. Completion is defined as delivery of the milestone deliverable to the client's review environment and written sign-off (or expiry of the 48-hour review window without objection).

2. Advance Payments

If you cancel within 7 calendar days of paying the advance deposit and before any design or development work has commenced, we will refund 80% of the advance. The remaining 20% covers administrative costs. Cancellations after work has commenced are not eligible for an advance refund.

3. Client-Initiated Cancellation

If you cancel mid-project after one or more milestones are complete, you pay only for completed milestones plus any work-in-progress at the hourly rate of ₹2,500/hour. No credit is issued for future milestones.

4. Omnius-Initiated Cancellation

In the rare event we cancel the engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all payments for uncompleted milestones within 14 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method (Razorpay / bank transfer) within 7–10 business days of written approval. Razorpay transaction fees (typically 2%) are deducted from refund amounts. TDS already deducted and Form 16A issued cannot be reversed.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email projects@omnius.in with your quote reference number, the payment amount, and the reason for the refund request. We will acknowledge within 2 business days.
