Cancellation Policy
Our straightforward policies for cancelling discovery calls, project engagements, AMC contracts, and subscription payments.
Cancelling a Booking / Discovery Call
Discovery calls are free and may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time with no penalty. Please notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled slot via WhatsApp (+91 91032 65117) or email (projects@omnius.in) so we can free the slot for other clients.
Cancelling a Project Engagement
You may cancel a project engagement at any time with written notice to projects@omnius.in. Cancellation does not waive payment obligations for completed milestones or work in progress. See the Refund Policy for eligible refunds on advance payments.
Cancelling an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
AMC contracts may be cancelled with 30 days written notice before the next annual renewal date. No pro-rated refund is issued for the current contract year. We will provide a handover document and credential summary within 5 business days of cancellation notice.
Cancelling a Subscription Payment
If you have an active recurring payment via Razorpay, you may cancel it at any time from your client portal under Payments. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not reverse past charges.
