How Omnius Cloud Private Limited collects, uses, and protects your data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, company name, and project details submitted via our booking or enquiry forms. When you make a payment, transaction data is processed by Razorpay — we receive only confirmation status, order IDs, and masked payment identifiers. We do not store card numbers or bank credentials. We also collect standard analytics data (page views, referral source, device type) through privacy-safe tooling.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: schedule and conduct consultation calls, generate project quotations, deliver and manage your project, send invoices and collect payments, provide access to the client portal, and communicate project updates. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may contact you about related services but you may opt out at any time.
3. Data Storage & Security
Client data is stored in a MariaDB database on managed hosting infrastructure. Access is protected by application-level authentication — account passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use signed tokens, and every request is authorised against the owning account. Sensitive handover credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Payment data is processed exclusively by Razorpay under their PCI-DSS compliance framework. We apply TLS encryption in transit.
4. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication (session tokens) and basic functionality. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging into the client portal.
5. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with: Razorpay (payments), Resend (transactional email delivery), Google and GitHub (optional social sign-in), Google Workspace (business email), and WhatsApp Business API (communications). Each third party governs their own data practices under their respective privacy policies.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing projects@omnius.in. We will respond within 7 business days. Data deletion requests will be honoured within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., GST records retained for 7 years under Indian tax law).
